How do I order?
You may order online or by phone. If you wish to place an online order please place the items you wish to order in the virtual shopping basket by clicking the ‘add to basket’ button for each item you wish to purchase. Once you have completed your selection proceed to the ‘checkout’ and follow the instructions until you have completed the order process.
You can, if you wish, pay by card over the phone, telephone 0845 370 1045 to do so. Please do not leave your card details on any voicemail message.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
When you have completed your online order you will be sent an automated e-mail confirming your order. It will state what the products are, the cost (including VAT and P&P) and delivery and invoice details.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Your order should normally reach you within 7 working days, if for any reason your order is likely to be delayed significantly longer than this we will email or telephone you to let you know.
What happens if you don’t have the goods in stock?
We always try our best to keep sufficient stock in order to satisfy all orders placed with us. In the event that we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, we will inform you either by e-mail at the address given in your order form or by telephone if there is a delay in processing your order.
Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery is free of charge for orders of £20.00 and over. Total orders below this amount are subject to a £1.95 delivery charge. For overseas orders please telephone 0845 370 1045 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for delivery costs.
What credit cards do you accept?
Gardener Gear accepts Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro, Diners Club and American Express, Pay Pal.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged on the day you place your order with Gardener Gear.
We take the issue of the privacy of your personal information very seriously. Please note that during part of the ordering process our website captures information about you. We do not use any indirect means to collect personal information and will NOT sell your information to third parties other than for the purposes of processing your payments and fulfilling orders requested by you.
When processing your payment via the website, we use a secure payment system. Gardener Gear does not retain any sensitive data as it is processed directly by the payment gateway server utilising 128 bit encryption. Via the telephone, please note that all customer credit card details are destroyed periodically following the despatch of your order. To this end, in order to keep your personal details as secure as possible you will need to re-enter your credit card details with each order you place with Gardener Gear.
What is your returns policy?
We make every effort to ensure that our products are in perfect condition when you receive them. If for any reason you find them unsuitable, we are happy to accept the returned goods and provide a refund in the form of the original payment, provided that the goods are returned undamaged and complete, together with the relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition. Please note that we only accept returns for any non-faulty items that are returned in their original condition and which have not been worn/used.
We endeavour to supply products that are free from defects in materials and workmanship. We advise that you should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage and notify us within 3 working days of delivery of any defects or damage. Please retain all documents and packaging, we will replace the goods and refund any additional postage charges paid by you. If your parcel arrives damaged please state “damaged” on the form that the courier asks you to sign.
